Get ready for five days of community spirit, family fun, friendly competition, and rodeo excitement as Bentley celebrates the 2026 Bentley Fair & Rodeo, proudly saluting the 60th Anniversary of the Bentley Arena!
There is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the week:
🎨 Bench Show Exhibits
Explore the incredible talents of local residents through displays of baking, preserves, crafts, hobbies, photography, art, sewing, quilting, horticulture, and more. Public viewing is available Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, with awards presented on Friday.
🎉 Kick-Off Parade
Gather along Main Street on Thursday, August 6, for the annual parade organized by the Sunset Hills Riding Club. Enjoy decorated floats, community groups, horses, and plenty of hometown pride as the parade rolls through Bentley beginning at 1:00 p.m.
🤠 Junior Rodeo
Young cowboys and cowgirls take center stage on Thursday afternoon with sheep riding, barrel racing, pole bending, goat tail tying, calf scrambles, pony races, and more. This exciting event showcases the next generation of rodeo talent and provides plenty of family entertainment.
🥞 Pancake Breakfasts
Start your Friday and Saturday mornings with a delicious pancake breakfast in the Elks/Legion Park. Enjoy pancakes, bacon, eggs, and a drink while visiting with friends, neighbours, and visitors.
🐎 57th Annual Bentley Ag Rodeo
Experience two action-packed evenings of rodeo excitement on Friday and Saturday. Events include bull riding, saddle bronc, bareback riding, barrel racing, breakaway roping, team roping, wild cow milking, ranch bronc riding, and junior events. Local contestants are welcome, making it a true community rodeo experience.
🍻 Beer Gardens
The beer gardens open both Friday and Saturday evenings, providing a great place for adults to relax, socialize, and enjoy the rodeo atmosphere.
🚗 Community Events Around Town
Throughout rodeo week, visitors can also enjoy additional attractions hosted by local organizations, including the Bentley Farmers’ Market, Bentley Museum activities, Library Petting Zoo, Drive-In Movie, Kruzin’ West Show & Shine, and community church events.
🎆 Fireworks Show
Cap off Saturday evening with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk, coordinated by the Town of Bentley. It’s the perfect way to celebrate another successful Fair & Rodeo.
💃 Dancing in the Dirt After Party
For adults looking to continue the celebration, the Rodeo Committee’s “Dancing in the Dirt” After Party takes place Saturday night in the Bentley Arena, featuring music, dancing, and plenty of fun.
